Abstract :
[en] The concept of human dignity is not enshrined in the Constitution of Luxembourg. It has entered the domestic legal order through international treaties and parliamentary acts since 1978. A draft of a new constitution, to be adopted in 2018, will procure constitutional value to human dignity in article 11.
