| [fr] L'objectif de cette communication est de discuter l'impact de la frontière, ou plus précisément
des discontinuités introduites par la frontière, dans un espace transfrontalier. Elle s'intéressera plus particulièrement aux nombreux défis liés aux divers crises (sanitaire, énergétique, démographique ou encore économique) en se demandant si la frontière constitue une ressource permettant d'actionner des leviers et d'y faire face plus efficacement, ou si au contraire elle augmente d'autant plus ces discontinuités. La crise sanitaire, à titre d'exemple, est riche d'enseignements, surtout en ce qui concerne l'organisation du travail dans un contexte transfrontalier face au retour soudain des frontières, après des années d'effacement. | |
| [en] The objective of this paper is to discuss the impact of the border, or more precisely the
discontinuities introduced by the border in a cross-border region. It will focus on the numerous challenges linked to various crises (health, energy, demographic or economic) by asking whether the border constitutes a resource that allows us to activate levers and to face them together, or whether on the contrary, it increases these discontinuities even more. The health crisis, for example, is rich in lessons, especially regarding the organization of work in a crossborder context in the face of the sudden return of borders, after years of erasure. | |
