| [en] The present contribution examines the potentiality of the non-conformist and rebel wom!n´s strategy in Eleonora Miano´s literature production: beyond the colonizer-colonized mindset. The analysis relies on her following literary works: Revelation (an extract from Miano’s book Red in blue trilogy, 2015) and L'impératif transgressif (The Transgressive Imperative, 2016a). First, the analysis discusses Miano´s non-conformity in relation to the colonizer-colonized mindset by focusing on her dramatic text Revelation, regarding the repression of the history of African complicity in the transatlantic slave trade. Second and finally, Miano´s countercultural concept Afrophonie, concerning the reinvention of African imaginaries, will be analysed. | |
